Refund and Returns Policy

Girls Inspiring Resilient Leaders in Sports, Inc.

Thank you for purchasing from the GIRLS store. Every purchase directly supports female student-athletes in our community and we genuinely appreciate your support.

Please read this policy carefully before ordering. All GIRLS merchandise is custom printed and shipped on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful. We do not hold inventory. This means our return process works differently from a traditional retail store.

How Our Store Works

When you place an order it is printed and shipped directly to you by Printful. Because every item is made specifically for your order we have a limited ability to accommodate returns and exchanges. Please review all product details and size guides carefully before purchasing.

What We Cannot Accept

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • You ordered the wrong size — please review the size guide on each product page before purchasing
  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • The item does not fit as expected

We strongly encourage you to check the size guide before ordering. If you are unsure between two sizes we recommend sizing up.

What We Will Fix — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect we will make it right. All claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Contact us within that window at info@girlpowerinsports.org with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Claims confirmed as an error on our part are covered at no cost to you. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund within 5 to 7 business days of approval. You will not be required to ship the item back in most cases.

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived and is believed to be lost in transit all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Contact us at info@girlpowerinsports.org with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

Wrong Address

Please double check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If a courier determines your address is insufficient your shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.

Returns Sent to Printful

If a package is returned to Printful’s facility for any reason — including an unclaimed shipment or an insufficient address — we will be notified automatically. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If you need to return an item please contact us at info@girlpowerinsports.org before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

If a physical return is necessary items should be addressed as:

Please do not send returns to any other address. Printful’s address is for product returns only and may not be used for legal correspondence or any other purpose.

Exchanges

We are not able to offer size or color exchanges at this time. If you need a different size please contact us at info@girlpowerinsports.org and we will do our best to help on a case by case basis. Any exchange would require a new order to be placed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect and the claim is confirmed
  • Your order was lost in transit and the claim is confirmed

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

Donations

All charitable donations made to Girls Inspiring Resilient Leaders in Sports, Inc. are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error please contact us at info@girlpowerinsports.org and we will review your request.
