Girls Inspiring Resilient Leaders in Sports, Inc. is a Georgia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by a 15-year-old student-athlete with a powerful mission: to create a community where every girl knows her sport and her future matter. Founded BY young women FOR young women, GIRLS brings an authentic, peer-driven voice that resonates with the girls we serve in ways traditional organizations cannot. We started on a high school campus in Winder, Georgia and are built to grow into a national chapter-based movement dedicated to empowering female student-athletes and girls interested in sports across grades K–12.

We serve girls who lack access to financial resources, professional mentorship, and advocacy—particularly in underserved communities. Our Four Pillars guide everything we do: Financial Support to remove barriers keeping girls off the field, Community Support to show up for female athletes, Resources connecting girls with professional athletes and coaches, and Advocacy encouraging girls to join, stay in, and love their sport. Through mentorship programs, athletic gear donations, scholarship guidance, and community events, we’re transforming lives and building the next generation of resilient leaders.
