The Tax Benefit of Sponsoring GIRLS
501(c)(3) Recognized Nonprofit
Girls Inspiring Resilient Leaders in Sports, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization — EIN: 42-2572111. Corporate sponsorships made to GIRLS are generally tax deductible as charitable contributions to the extent permitted by law.
Every sponsoring company receives a formal acknowledgment letter documenting the contribution amount and confirming GIRLS tax-exempt status — everything your accounting team needs for proper documentation.
Sponsorships that include significant advertising benefits — such as logo placement or promotional recognition — may be treated differently for tax purposes than pure charitable contributions. We recommend consulting your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your specific sponsorship package. GIRLS is happy to provide any documentation your accountant requires.

Submit Your Interest
Complete the partnership form below or email us directly at info@girlpowerinsports.org. We will respond within 5 to 7 business days.
Complete Your Contribution
GIRLS will send a formal sponsorship agreement and payment instructions. Contributions can be made by check or securely online through our Zeffy platform.
Receive Your Recognition
Once processed you will receive your acknowledgment letter, digital badge, and an introduction to the chapter or program your investment is supporting. Recognition begins immediately.

Girls Inspiring Resilient Leaders in Sports, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit corporation with a 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt status application currently pending with the Internal Revenue Service. Our application was filed on May 17, 2026. Upon IRS approval — which we anticipate in the near term — all qualifying contributions made to GIRLS on or after our incorporation date of May 8, 2026 will be retroactively tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law. We will notify all partners immediately upon receiving our determination letter. Submitting this form does not constitute a financial commitment. All partnership terms will be confirmed through a separate sponsorship agreement.
